Founded in 1997 by Béatrice and Bernard Nivollet in Saint-Pargoire, Blanville covers about sixty hectares in the AOP Languedoc Grés de Montpellier and Pézenas. In 2015 the founders' daughters stepped in, and the estate earned HVE certification (2019), began organic conversion (2020) and launched the biodynamic Domaine des 8 Lunes (2022).

Founded by Philibert Ferraud in 1882, Pierre Ferraud & Fils blends Beaujolais tradition with modern innovation. Led today by Yves-Dominique Ferraud, it sells in about 40 countries and, with some growers, has held exclusive access to specific productions for over a century.
